This Position reports to: Category Lead Architect Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead defined service lines in the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and effective and efficient delivery of services together with a team of dedicated internal and external suppliers. Each day, you will be responsible to design, implement, and maintain the framework to deliver the services in scope, on time, within budget, and in line with the customer's expectations. You will also showcase your expertise by managing multiple third-party global vendor contracts to assure high service quality and optimizing the cost. You will be mainly accountable for: POSITION SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Service Strategy and Roadmap - Defines and maintains the vision for development process, ensuring alignment with business goals. Stakeholder Collaboration - Works closely with developers, architects, and business teams to modernize development processes Security and Compliance - Maintains security standards and ensures compliance with Information Security regulations. Technology Research & Adoption - Continuously explores emerging technologies, including AI and cloud computing to enhance development capabilities. Contract and Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management - Negotiates and oversees service agreements, ensuring vendors meet expectations. Cost Optimization - Works on budget management to ensure services are cost-effective while maintaining quality. Develops and maintains a forward-looking roadmap for Development, Test and Mobile Application Development services, aligned with ABB's digital transformation strategy Promotes platform modernization, including usage of cloud-native services, mobile frameworks, CI/CD, containerization, and AI-enhanced tooling Oversees the integration and performance of developer tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, SonarQube, mobile SDKs, test automation frameworks) Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. Why This Role HyperVerge is scaling fast across India and Southeast Asia, and were onboarding some of the largest BFSI players across brokerages, AMCs, MFDs, and wealth tech platforms. Were not looking for someone to coordinate. Were looking for someone to own the entire post-sales journey - from kickoff to go-live to business impact. This isnt a support role. This is a high-context, high-visibility delivery seat where youll work directly with senior client stakeholders, engineers, and product teams to get journeys live - fast, clean, and scalable. What Youll Own - ? Lead implementation of complex onboarding journeys on HyperVerge ONE - from kickoff to go-live in < 60 days ? Build and run detailed project plans - tasks, owners, dependencies, deadlines ? Coordinate across product, solutions, implementation, and client teams ? Run cadences with client teams and steering committees to unblock execution ? Drive go-live with clean handover to Customer Success post-delivery ? Send crisp weekly updates to all internal + external stakeholders ? Spot and resolve risks early, before they become fire drills ? Document, templatize, and improve delivery systems to reduce time-to-value Youll Thrive If You Are - ? Obsessive about timelines, accountability, and delivery ? Comfortable owning multi-threaded implementation across mobile + web ? Strong at client communication, problem solving, and escalation handling ? Confident working with APIs, SDKs, and platform teams ? Outcome-first and allergic to chaotic post-sales You Must Have - ? 3+ years of project management experience (Agile preferred) ? Hands-on experience driving enterprise software rollouts ? High ownership and internal drive to close loops ? Good technical instincts: able to understand mobile SDKs, APIs, platform trade-offs ? Prior exposure to BFSI onboarding or similar regulated use cases is a big plus ? Bonus: Understanding of LOS, LMS, or financial journeys The Product Youll Work On HyperVerge ONE is a low-code/no-code platform to build end-to-end onboarding journeys in BFSI - think account opening, KYC, Re-KYC, data change requests, and more. Role & responsibilities Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years in React Native. Strong understanding of the mobile application lifecycle and app store submission processes. Proven experience in deploying apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Expertise in integrating Mobile SDKs, third-party libraries, and APIs. Familiarity with map-based features (e.g., geolocation, Map SDKs like Google Maps, Mapbox, or MapTiler) is a plus. Knowledge of design principles and ability to create reusable components. Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and managing network requests in mobile apps. Hands-on experience with version control tools such as Git.
