Mobile Phone Servicer

The mobile phone servicer is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile phones and tablets. This includes both hardware and software troubleshooting, replacing faulty parts, and ensuring quality service to customers.

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile phones.
• Repair and replace defective components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and cameras.
• Perform software updates, virus removal, and system restores.
• Test devices after repair to ensure full functionality.
• Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and service time.
• Handle customer inquiries about repair status and costs.
• Keep the workbench organized and maintain tools in good condition.
• Stay updated on the latest mobile phone models, technologies, and repair techniques.
