Candidate will require deep domain knowledge of technologies underlying Enterprise Mobility Management solutions such as device MDM, app wrapping, app management, data management, file sharing / syncing, identity/ access management and adjacent technologies Provide global assistance and support to a diversified client base using 35,000+ devices Candidate will require strong knowledge of current Enterprise Mobility ecosystem including experience with leading products and knowledge of technical construct of their solutions Candidate will collaborate with other functional and technical teams to ensure all Enterprise Mobility Management solutions are appropriately architected, engineered, tested, & deployed Candidate will have a foundation in competing and complementary technologies and be able to demonstrate a proficiency and/or knowledge of the following: Microsoft EMS (Intune) and its solution components and a good understanding of Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access Mobile Operating Systems such as iOS, Android and VR/AR glasses Mobile threat protection technologies, and concepts Traditional and cloud-based authentication and authorization Candidate needs to understand the importance of end user experience and have that mindset front and center when supporting solutions Candidate needs to understand the end-to-end product ownership concepts and have an alert customer focus when solutioning and looking ahead on road mapped technologies and solutions Who You Are: Minimum of 8 years EMM/MDM experience, specifically Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune) and service ecosystem Hands-on expertise in Microsoft EMS solution components such as AppConfig, App Catalogue, Per-App VPNs etc. Experience operating a globally based enterprise mobile environment Working with different suppliers and global project planning Ability to work with a global team, including weekly meetings on different time zones In-depth hands-on experience in leading mobile OS - Android, iOS and particularly ruggedized devices Knowledge and experience working in an ITIL driven environment Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and infrastructure management operations Server Operating Systems (Linux / Unix & Windows), installation and configuration Knowledge of any scripting languages such as VB script, Shell script, Windows PowerShell will be a plus Communication skills: Good verbal and written in English

PF Detection is mandatory Job Description: Primary: Manage the complete life-cycle of laptop/desktop/VDI environment from provisioning, on-going support, to decommissioning Provide remote and deskside technical support for Windows Desktop OS and Mobile OS, File and , Office365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Active Directory etc.) and other productivity applications, connectivity (network and security), and antivirus End User Patch & Image Management (installing / reinstalling Standard Images) Packaging & Software Distribution Identify and diagnose issues and problems (L1.5 support services) using SOPs and knowledge-base for applications and infrastructure Align with client s Global EUC team; work closely and provide technical support to other IT teams Secondary: Monitoring the infrastructure [servers, storage and networking] and databases using native tools and Solarwinds Answer requests raised via telephone, email, chat or portal Categorize and record reported queries in Ticketing tool (ServiceNow) and provide solutions Advise users on appropriate course of action Monitor issues from start to resolution and provide timely customer and internal updates using a computer-based ticketing system (ServiceNow) Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support (L2 / L3) Asset & License Management Receive, log, and store internal packages Conduct cabinet/cage checks (daily) Perform and document inventory verification/counts Work flexible shift schedules and provide rotational on-call coverage if needed Report to the facility within a specified time for emergency outage assistance Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
