Responsible for Daily production report and ISO Documents and Provide Production Training for all Line Leader. Responsible for Material inventory and maintain the 6S on Production Floor and also control line rejection for First time right Responsible for on time delivery of products and Discipline among all Operator. Responsible for material availability for next day production lot. Responsible for completion of daily work orders. Encouraged and motivated employees to meet production deadlines and goals. Performed troubleshooting on equipment breakdowns and Checked products for quality. Made certain employees followed legal rules and safety standards also functioned as an effective employee motivator. Daily First hour production meeting for hourly target. Coordinated with management and employees toward production line improvements Preferred candidate profile Male candidate with Preferred More than two-year work experience in Mobile /telecom/ manufacturing experience Only. Understand the production process of electronic manufacturing, production-related standards requirement. Good leadership skills with Good problem-solving capabilities under pressure also Understand the production requirement and target also comfortable with the shifts. Mid-level engineer with Minimum qualification required B. Tech / Diploma/ ITI or equivalent in technical training courses with minimum 2- 5 years experience or advanced technical degree with less years of experience. Production, Manufacturing, electronics, Electrical and 3+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor or Master’s Degree will offset the experience requirement by 2 years
