As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and executing a comprehensive product roadmap. Your role will involve ensuring alignment with client and user requirements, business strategy, and emerging market trends. You should have a proven track record in driving product strategy and execution, delivering innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization, gathering and analyzing business and user requirements to drive product direction and development. To enhance the user experience (UX), you will continuously improve product features based on feedback and data-driven insights. Managing cross-functional teams to drive development, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery will be a key aspect of your role. Staying updated on the latest AI/ML/RPA/Gen AI trends, tools, and frameworks, and applying them where relevant to drive innovation is essential. Additionally, you will work closely with Product Marketing to feature platforms and new features in various channels. You will also be responsible for positioning comparative product features in user-review sites like G2, Capterra, etc. Keeping up to date with the latest AI/ML/RPA/Gen AI trends, tools, and frameworks, and applying them where relevant will be crucial for driving innovation. Qualifications: - 3-6 years of experience in product management, with exposure to creating web and mobile interfaces for AI/Gen AI/Automation based products. - Proven track record of managing B2B products from ideation to launch and scaling. - Experience in product feature prioritization frameworks, especially those measuring the commercial impact of feature sets being developed. - Strong experience in writing BRDs/FRDs and defining technical and functional requirements. - Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle effectively. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Prior knowledge of AI and Gen AI tools/frameworks is preferred. - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology is also preferred.,
