Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Handsets Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of repairing and servicing mobile phones, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and ensuring quality solutions to meet customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair faults in mobile phones, including hardware and software issues.
• Replace faulty parts such as screens, batteries, speakers, microphones, charging ports, etc.
• Install and update mobile phone software/firmware.
• Perform quality checks to ensure devices function properly after repair.
• Maintain records of repairs, spare parts, and services performed.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding device usage and care.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Technician / Handset Repair Technician.
• Knowledge of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing Android and iOS devices.
• Familiarity with mobile operating systems, apps, and software flashing.
• Ability to work with repair tools, soldering, and micro-soldering (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
