Mobile Developer - React Native (Internship)

One of India's fastest growing consumer health startups, Clinikally, is seeking a motivated individual with solid mobile engineering fundamentals to join their team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of cross-platform mobile apps while gaining valuable hands-on experience in software fundamentals. This internship focuses on building a unique e-commerce and telehealth platform specialized in dermatology, with the potential for a full-time position upon successful completion. Your responsibilities will include building high-quality mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms from scratch within a lean team. You will collaborate with senior developers to ensure responsive and accessible designs across mobile platforms, participate in coding, testing, and debugging of applications, and implement best practices in front-end and mobile development. Additionally, you will be expected to document code and maintain technical documentation, as well as demonstrate an understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration in mobile apps. Effective communication and taking ownership of tasks are essential qualities for this role. To qualify for this internship, you should be currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mobile App Development, or a related field. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required, along with familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular. Prior experience in mobile engineering through internships is a must, and you should have a proven track record of building high-quality mobile apps in production-grade environments. A good understanding of native Android/iOS development and the ability to create high-quality UI and UX flows are also necessary skills.
