Role & responsibilities Overview of Role As a Senior Lead engineer, you'll grow to lead high-performance software engineering teams that consistently deliver on commitments with continuous quality and efficiency improvements. In this role, you will develop technical capabilities for several of Carriers software development teams, supporting both current and next-generation technology initiatives.This position requires a demonstrated, hands-on technical person with the ability delivery technical tasks and guide Spark candidates and coach software engineers and owns development phase of software development, including coding, troubleshooting, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Location - Hyderabad/Bangalore Key Responsibilities Should know how to design and simulate tools for the perfect delivery of systems. Should know how to design, develop, and maintain systems, processes, procedures to deliver a high-quality service design. Must work with other members of a team and other departments to establish healthy communication and information flow. Should know how to deliver a high-performing solution architecture that can support the development efforts of a business. Plan, design, and configure the most typical business solutions as needed. Prepare technical documents and other presentations for multiple solutions areas. Must work on customer specifications, analyze them, and conduct the best product recommendations associated with the platform. Must understand the Company needs and architecture so that he can define the system specifications accordingly. Responsible for planning, designing, and developing the solution architecture. Responsible for the assigned program and mentor the other members of a team and support when technical issues arise. Must address technical problems, ideas, and other major concerns from time to time. Monitor systems routinely to ensure that all business goals are met as per the user requirements. Qualifications & Experience: BTech degree in Computer Science or related discipline, MTech degree preferred. 8+ years of overall experience building, and m aintaining cost-efficient, scalable mobile apps. 6+ year coding experience in Typescript, Java Script, GraphQL and other Database basics. 4+ years coding experience in React native JS frameworks. Minimum of 2 years hands on experience in designing and developing native mobile apps. Minimum of 1 or 2 years of running scrum ceremonies with strong delivery capabilities. Involved and have experience of interacting with stake meaning and conduct various meetings to effective delivery of project. Extensive project experience migrating from legacy systems and deploying complex mobile-based solutions. Have knowledge in architecting, deploying, troubleshooting, and the operation of highly scalable solutions. Previous experience working directly in customer implementations is highly desirable. Have strong verbal and written communications skills in English, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams. Have executive speaking and presentation skills including experience delivering formal presentations (to both large and small groups) and white-boarding sessions. Education and Certifications Bachelors degree from a world-class school in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. 11+ years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization. 9+ years of experience with front-end and user interface development. Additional Skills Detail oriented you can see the big picture and break it down into small, digestible chunks Passion for and understanding of technology – working knowledge of modern, cloud-based technology. Distributed computing expertise is a bonus. Job Summary We are looking for a skilled React Admin & Mobile Developer to design, develop, and maintain web-based admin dashboards and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React.js for admin panel development and React Native for mobile applications. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to build high-performance, scalable applications. Key Responsibilities Admin Panel Development (React.js) Develop and maintain admin dashboards using React.js and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS). Implement responsive and user-friendly UI components. Optimize performance for smooth and fast-loading dashboards. Integrate with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for data management. Ensure security best practices for handling user authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, etc.). Mobile Development (React Native) Build cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android) using React Native. Implement UI designs following mobile-first principles. Work with third-party libraries and APIs (e.g., Firebase, Stripe, Google Maps, etc.). Debug and optimize app performance for smooth UX. Deploy apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store while following submission guidelines. General Responsibilities Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs. Work with product and UI/UX teams to refine user experience. Maintain code quality by following best practices (ESLint, Prettier, TypeScript). Write unit and integration tests for reliability. Stay up to date with the latest trends in React.js, React Native, and mobile development. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in React.js for admin dashboard development. Experience with React Native for mobile app development. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and Context API. Experience with UI libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and cloud-based services. Strong understanding of mobile app deployment (Play Store & App Store). Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, MobX). Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab). Understanding of performance optimization techniques for both web and mobile. Preferred Qualifications Experience with React Native CLI & Expo. Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, Firebase Functions, or similar). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
