Must have skills required: Kotlin, Swift, Dart, Flutter, Mobile Deployment, Android, iOS, Node Js, CI/CD, Agile Aeria is Looking for: Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between mobile apps and backend systems. Work with product managers and designers to translate requirements and UI/UX designs into functional mobile experiences. Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across iOS and Android platforms. Implement state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc) to ensure robust app architecture. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to Flutter best practices. Write unit and integration tests to ensure app reliability and stability. Stay updated on Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends to incorporate modern practices and tools. Mentor junior developers, sharing expertise in mobile development and cross-platform strategies. Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter and Dart. Proven track record of delivering production-ready iOS and Android apps using Flutter. Strong understanding of state management, widget lifecycle, and Flutter's rendering pipeline. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations in mobile apps. Familiarity with mobile app deployment processes for Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. BS in Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Excellent communication skills to align technical solutions with business and design goals. Bonus Points : Experience with backend technologies like NodeJS or NestJS for full-stack contributions. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment. Knowledge of native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
