Job description: Hiring for Technical Recruiters – India Office:  Location: Mohali (Punjab) Job Timings: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Permanent Night Shift) Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week) Pay Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Salary no bar for deserving applicants) Job Description We are hiring motivated and dynamic recruiters to join our India office. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates. Candidates should be self-driven, energetic, and willing to work in a permanent night shift. Responsibilities Source, screen, and evaluate candidates from IT and related streams. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Meet hiring goals and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree (any IT stream preferred). Experience: 1+ year in recruitment (IT recruiting preferred). Skills: Strong communication skills in English (preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of modern sourcing tools and techniques.
