We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team and assist in testing products to uphold our organization's quality standards. Your role will involve conducting quality tests, validating test cases, and ensuring that products, software, and systems meet the required quality benchmarks before they are released to consumers. Working closely with a small team, you will play a crucial part in guaranteeing that our products adhere to our quality standards. Responsibilities include testing products, systems, and software to certify they are free from defects and align with the organization's quality criteria. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, implementing and monitoring test scripts to evaluate functionality, reliability, performance, and service or product quality. Identifying and rectifying defects in the production process, as well as recommending, implementing, and overseeing preventative and corrective actions to uphold quality assurance standards, are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, compiling and analyzing statistical data, ensuring user expectations are satisfied during testing, drafting quality assurance policies and procedures, and investigating customer complaints and product issues will be part of your responsibilities. Requirements for this position include a minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, particularly in Manual testing. Proficiency in the core concepts of testing, experience in both Mobile and Web Applications, as well as knowledge of Google AdSense (optional), Google Tags (optional), Swagger, Postman, etc., for API Testing are essential.
