Description
Lead the mobile app development team to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS, Android, and Windows platforms. Manage the full mobile application lifecycle from design, testing, and release to support and maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure that all mobile applications meet technical standards and performance benchmarks. Coordinate with Web API and backend development teams to ensure seamless integration. Stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in mobile app development. Required Skills & Qualifications : 10+ years of solid experience in mobile app development (iOS & Android; Windows Mobile is a plus). Expertise in mobile development languages such as Swift, Objective-C, and Java. Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, and programming best practices. Experience with JSON, XAML/XML, Web Services, and API integration. Extensive hands-on experience with Xamarin framework, Web API, SQLite, and third-party libraries. Proficient in development using C#, .NET Framework, Xamarin, XCode, Xamarin.Forms, MVVM, and SQLite.NET. Ability to quickly learn and understand internal systems, procedures, and methodologies. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
