Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of the BPO industry and its recruitment challenges. Familiarity with job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels. Good interviewing and candidate screening skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
