As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and support of SAP FICO modules. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing complex business process requirements, identifying customer needs, mapping business requirements, designing, customizing, configuring, and testing FICO solutions. You will also be required to identify gaps, propose enhancements, provide consulting services, and act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in designing and configuring FICO modules, with exposure to full cycle SAP implementation and support projects. You must possess process knowledge in SAP Controlling, be proficient in FICO process setup including Asset management, and have a good understanding of master data related to the FICO module. Integration knowledge in various modules like FI-SD, FI-PP & MM-FI, FI-PS, FI-PM will be advantageous. You should be able to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, understand business processes from a customer perspective, and effectively interact with others in a team environment. Additionally, having SAP certification and experience in Full cycle Implementation projects, particularly in S/4 HANA, will be highly beneficial. Strong client management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for this role. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or any other stream, with an MBA in Finance considered as an added advantage. Your ability to troubleshoot, propose solutions, and provide training and user support as needed will be critical in contributing to the success of SAP FICO projects.,
