Proactively manage and resolve customer issues and concerns with efficiency, professionalism, and empathy, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant support. Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely, clear, and courteous manner, adhering to service-level agreements (SLAs). Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or leadership, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-up.
