You will be joining Birlasoft, a global leader in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies, known for blending domain expertise with enterprise solutions. As part of the renowned CKA Birla Group, with a workforce of over 12,000 professionals, you will contribute to the Group's 170-year legacy of building sustainable communities worldwide. In this role of SAP EWM, based in Pune or Chennai, you are expected to have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a SAP Business Analyst, focusing on EWM and Logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include having a strong grasp of SAP EWM and MM modules, covering warehouse management, transportation management, yard management, procurement, inventory management, and quality management. You should be able to translate business requirements into detailed EWM and MM design specifications and configurations effectively. Utilizing agile project management methodologies like Scrum and Kanban is crucial. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will play a key role in identifying and recommending innovative solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and stakeholders, is essential. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its influence on logistics and warehouse operations is required. Additionally, experience in managing and mentoring functional leads and aligning solutions with long-term strategic goals is expected. Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP EWM and MM solutions is necessary. You should have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering EWM and Logistics-focused projects using agile methodologies. Integration of EWM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and TM to streamline end-to-end logistics processes is crucial. Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies like warehouse management systems, material handling equipment, and IoT devices is advantageous. Exposure to industry-specific best practices and trends in logistics and warehouse management is desirable. Previous experience in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and creating comprehensive design documents is beneficial. Your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be a valuable asset in this role.,
