This role requires excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to lead a team of developers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers. Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 to 9 years of experience in SAP ABAP development. Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and conversions. Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, and HR. Proficiency in SAP ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in ABAP. Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5.
