Key Responsibilities: Functional Responsibilities: Understand business processes and requirements across departments (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Production, etc.) Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and prepare functional specification documents. Configure and customize SAP B1 modules according to client needs. Provide training and support to end-users. Participate in UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support. Develop and maintain business process documentation and user manuals. Technical Responsibilities: Design and develop customizations using SAP B1 SDK, B1if, and Boyum Tools (if applicable). Create queries and reports using SAP Query Generator, Crystal Reports, and SQL. Develop and maintain Add-ons and integrations with third-party systems via APIs and DI/UDO. Perform data migration using DTW and other tools. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field. 3+ years of experience with SAP B1 in a techno-functional role. Strong knowledge of SAP B1 core modules (FI, SD, MM, Production, Inventory, CRM, etc.) Experience with SAP B1 SDK (UI & DI API), SQL Server, Crystal Reports. Familiarity with Boyum IT tools (B1 Usability Package, B1 Print & Delivery) is a plus. Hands-on experience in data migration and third-party system integration. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Certifications: SAP B1 Functional Consultant Certification SAP B1 Technical Consultant Certification
