As a Senior Analyst at Ralph Lauren Corporation, you will play a crucial role in managing ongoing business needs by leveraging your hands-on SAP configuration and functional skills. Based in Bangalore, India, you will collaborate with the SAP Global Technology group to ensure the effective configuration, support, unit testing, and documentation of all (RICEFW) FSD. Your responsibilities will also include participating in deployments, continuous improvements, and problem management for critical areas in SAP PTP/MM system support to enhance maintainability, performance, and scalability. Your role will involve understanding business requirements to create functional specification documents, collaborating with technical teams for data conversions, interfaces, reports, and enhancements, conducting unit testing, and contributing to system testing and production go-live activities. You will work towards optimizing the SAP ecosystem by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and following SAP development best practices. To excel in this role, you must possess strong SAP PTP (AFS) / MM functional skills, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a proactive attitude, strong time management abilities, and the willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. A minimum of seven years of hands-on SAP configuration and implementation work experience, along with at least two SAP implementation or rollout experiences, is necessary for this role. A bachelor's degree and extensive experience in SAP PTP and MM space, including knowledge of configuration, IDOCs, procurement planning, MRP processes, and working with S4 Hana, are also required. Certification in SAP-related fields is a plus.
