We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to become part of our team in Nashik. As an HR Executive, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, MLWF, and other relevant labor laws. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, salary structures, and statutory registers. Additionally, you will coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursements and reconciliations. In this role, you will play a key part in managing employee engagement initiatives, handling grievances, and overseeing day-to-day HR operations. You will also provide support in office administration and other general HR functions. It will be essential to ensure timely submissions of returns and forms as required under various labor laws. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a good understanding of PF, ESIC, MLWF, and labor laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with employees at all levels. The ability to work independently and manage confidential information with discretion is highly valued. Candidates should hold an MBA in Human Resource or a related field to qualify for this role.
