This is an excellent opportunity for recent postgraduates who are looking to build a career in the water and wastewater treatment industry. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine water and wastewater analysis including pH, TDS, Hardness, COD, BOD, Silica, MLSS, MLVSS , and Heavy Metal testing. Maintain proper records of daily sample analysis and ensure compliance with standard procedures. Assist in chemical dosing calculations and monitoring treatment performance. Support senior chemists and plant operators in lab and field activities. Ensure all lab activities are carried out in a safe and compliant manner as per basic safety protocols. Report and escalate abnormal test results or process issues to the supervisor promptly. Candidate Requirements: M.Sc. in Chemistry (Fresher or up to 1 year of experience) Basic understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes. Hands-on knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing methods. Awareness of basic safety norms and laboratory safety practices. Good communication and documentation skills. Willingness to work at the Warora, Chandrapur location. Preferred Candidates: Candidates residing near or willing to relocate to Warora, Chandrapur. Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in plant performance optimization, statutory compliance, preventive maintenance, and technical troubleshooting. This role also involves team leadership, vendor coordination, and strategic project execution support. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day plant operations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime above 90%. Provide erection & commissioning support for new projects. Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance; conduct root-cause analysis to avoid future losses. Ensure adherence to statutory compliances Labor, Safety, Medical, and Environmental. Monitor, optimize, and report on plant parameters like pH, TSS, COD, BOD, DO, MLVSS, SVI, etc. Conduct plant performance audits, water surveys, and drive efficiency improvements. Collaborate with design teams for installation, commissioning, and modifications of ETP/STP/WWTP. Oversee vendor and manpower management; plan shift duties and training schedules. Prepare detailed reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance metrics. Manage operational activities under the permit-to-work system and ensure QHSE compliance. Handle biosolid management centrifuge, thickening, drying beds, and gas systems. Apply project management tools (risk analysis, value engineering, scheduling, benchmarking) for EHS-related modules and O&M improvement projects. Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering) Proven expertise in O&M of water/wastewater/environmental projects. Ability to lead teams, manage multiple sites, and handle extensive travel requirements. Strong in technical troubleshooting, compliance, and performance monitoring.
