Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Executive who will be responsible for expanding our dealer network and driving sales of our two-wheeler electric vehicles. The role demands hands-on fieldwork, strong relationship building skills, and a results driven approach. Key Responsibilities: · Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers in assigned regions. · Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new dealer appointments and vehicle sales. · Physically scout for potential dealers and assess their suitability. · Build strong relationships with dealers to ensure consistent sales growth. · Conduct market visits, gather competitor intelligence, and share feedback with the management team. · Support dealers with training, product knowledge, and promotional activities. · Ensure timely reporting of leads, dealer pipelines, and sales performance. Requirements: · 2–10 years of sales experience in EV industry. · Strong communication and negotiation skills. · Telugu speaking. · Good in English and ability to write well drafted Emails. · Willingness to travel extensively. · Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in field-based roles. · Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results. Compensation: Fixed + Performance Incentives (based on sales and dealer network growth).
