As an AI Engineer with 4.5+ years of experience, you will be based in Mumbai, India. A maximum notice period of 45 days can be considered. You must have hands-on experience in team handling. A Master's or equivalent degree in a quantitative field such as Machine Learning, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics is required. Your responsibilities will include creating RAG Pipelines or similar Text to SQL, developing production-grade Graph RAG Pipelines and agent workflows, engaging in prompt engineering, and working with and deploying Open Source LLM Models. You should also have experience with different Embedding models and possess strong programming skills in Python, along with proficiency in other languages like Java or C++. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and AI/ML services is essential. You should have knowledge in machine learning frameworks and libraries, as well as a good understanding of Deep Learning frameworks. Familiarity with MLOps Pipeline is a plus. Additionally, you should have the ability to explain complex topics efficiently and simply, along with good documentation and communication skills. Being open, caring, agile, and innovative, and having an ownership mindset are qualities that are valued in this role. Having knowledge of web technologies is a standout attribute.
