As an AI/ML Analyst Advanced at our company, you will be responsible for utilizing your practical experience in AI/ML development and domain knowledge in Oil & Gas to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize costs across various datasets. Your primary role will involve working closely with both business and IT teams to translate domain requirements into AI/ML models. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in requirement gathering, elicitation, prioritization, and validation for AI/ML use cases in E&P, O&M, and HSE domains. - Develop and validate machine learning models including classification, regression, and clustering. - Prepare and cleanse data, perform feature engineering, and support exploratory data analysis. - Build and maintain data pipelines using big data platforms like Spark and Databricks. - Collaborate in AI/ML model deployment and maintenance, ensuring automated retraining. - Ensure compliance with AI governance, ethical use, and data security policies. - Create dashboards and reports to measure KPIs such as downtime reduction and process optimization. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant field. - 5-8 years of AI/ML experience with exposure to the Oil & Gas industry preferred. - Proficiency in Python, ML libraries, SQL/NoSQL, and big data technologies. - Familiarity with cloud ML platforms and MLOps fundamentals. - Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
