You are an experienced Python & AI Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same tech stack. As a part of our growing CRM product team, you will be responsible for developing AI-powered features using Python and various ML/NLP tools. Your role will involve building intelligent modules such as recommendation engines, lead scoring systems, document extraction tools, chatbot assistants, and predictive insights directly into our CRM platform. Your key responsibilities will include designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models and NLP systems to address real-world CRM challenges. Additionally, you will be developing Python-based microservices for smart automation and CRM intelligence, implementing AI modules for chatbot integration, document analysis, lead prediction, and integrating LLMs and RAG systems for contextual search and automation workflows. You will also work on handling structured and unstructured data from MongoDB/PostgreSQL for model training, optimizing models for accuracy, performance, and scalability, and collaborating with product and engineering teams for seamless feature delivery. To be successful in this role, you must possess at least 3 years of experience in Python, Machine Learning, and AI development, along with proficiency in ML/NLP libraries like scikit-learn, spaCy, Transformers, and LangChain. Working knowledge of LLMs, OpenAI APIs, RAG, chatbot architecture, experience in building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask, strong database management skills using MongoDB and PostgreSQL, and familiarity with version control (Git), Docker containers, and API integration are essential. Nice-to-have skills include exposure to vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Seldon, working on SaaS-based CRM or multi-tenant applications, and background in domains such as EdTech, ImmigrationTech, or SalesTech. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. Immediate joiners will be given priority for this full-time on-site position located in Mohali, Punjab.
