As a Manager in Data & Analytics at EY, you will lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and deploying next-generation AI solutions. With a minimum of 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for building GenAI and Agentic AI workflows, project management, client relationship management, and ensuring business outcomes are met. Your role will involve overseeing the delivery of AI-driven solutions, aligning them with client needs, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. Your key responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and growing a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and solution architects. You will define team goals, set performance expectations, and drive collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing. Additionally, you will own end-to-end delivery of AI projects, define project roadmaps, allocate resources, and manage risks and dependencies while ensuring timely delivery. You will also act as the primary point of contact for clients, translate business problems into AI solutions, and negotiate scope and deliverables. In terms of AI strategy and innovation, you will shape and refine the strategy for AI adoption, identify new opportunities for automation and decision support, and evaluate emerging technologies. You will also design, implement, and optimize machine learning pipelines, ensuring scalability and adaptability. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, you will drive projects from conception to production, enabling measurable business value and ROI. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field, along with 8-12 years of total experience with at least 3-5 years in AI/ML leadership roles. You should have proven expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI, strong understanding of cloud platforms and AI governance, and demonstrated ability to manage large-scale AI/ML projects. Exceptional communication skills, people leadership experience, and strong business acumen are also required for this position.
