Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for data governance, access control, and compliance. Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. Cloud Integration: Manage Databricks environments on Azure, AWS, or GCP. Monitoring & Automation: Set up monitoring tools and automate workflows for efficiency. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Databricks, Apache Spark, and big data processing. Proficiency in Python, Scala, or SQL. Strong knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and MLflow. Experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
