We are looking for dynamic and visionary individuals to join our start-up as co-founders with an initial investment, which will be reimbursed after the funding. As we gear up for the next phase of development, we are seeking visionary co-founders to play a vital role in refining our vision, creating a robust business plan, and securing the necessary funding to propel our product to new heights. Currently bootstrapped, we are ready to take the next leap, and your expertise and commitment will be crucial in securing the required funding for our development phase. Roles and Responsibilities: - Vision & Strategy: Collaboratively shape the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction. Set ambitious goals and milestones for the company's growth and success. - Product Development: Directly involved in the development and enhancement of our company's product. Bring technical expertise to drive innovation and ensure product excellence. - Marketing & Branding: Lead overall marketing and branding efforts to effectively promote our product. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness and user engagement. - Networking & Public Relations: Represent the company at events, conferences, and public engagements. Build strong relationships with potential customers, partners, and industry influencers. - Decision Making: Actively participate in major decision-making processes. Provide valuable input on critical matters affecting the company's direction. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Proven experience in software development with a strong grasp of full-stack development and a good working understanding of ML/AI/Blockchain. - Technology Leadership: Previous leadership roles in technology and a track record of successfully guiding technical teams. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a start-up environment. - Strong vision for short and long-term growth and sustainability of business relationships. - Ability to strategize and deliver upon that strategy with contingencies in place. - Product Development: Proficiency in developing and maintaining web and mobile applications, including experience with front-end and back-end technologies.
