Job Description

Machine Learning Engineer / RL Environment Engineer

Company:

Job Overview

Design and develop ML tasks and RL environments targeting LLMs.

Build diverse scenarios to evaluate model strengths, behaviours, and limitations.
Iterate quickly on task designs with fast turnaround cycles (often 24 hours).
Deliver high-quality work independently while coordinating with global teams.
Contribute ideas and improvements proactively with minimal onboarding.

Mandatory Skills

Strong Machine Learning background (industry, academic, or personal projects).
Fluency in
Python
with clean and efficient coding practices.
Hands-on experience with
LLMs
and understanding of model failure modes.
Experience or strong understanding of
Reinforcement Learning
.
Ability to independently generate new ML task concepts.
High responsibility, integrity, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
Willingness to work with
3-hour mandatory PST overlap
.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Self-driven, creative, and comfortable in a fast iteration environment.
Passionate about ML, RL, and advancing LLM performance.
Able to contribute from day one with minimal supervision.
