Contribute ideas and improvements proactively with minimal onboarding. Mandatory Skills Strong Machine Learning background (industry, academic, or personal projects). Fluency in Python with clean and efficient coding practices. Hands-on experience with LLMs and understanding of model failure modes. Experience or strong understanding of Reinforcement Learning . Ability to independently generate new ML task concepts. High responsibility, integrity, and reliability in meeting deadlines. Willingness to work with 3-hour mandatory PST overlap .
