Role & responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of the organization's ML maturity, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the overall ML capability and align it with business objectives. Develop ML Ops roadmaps and establish robust processes for the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, deployment, and monitoring. Implement best practices in ML Ops to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability of ML systems. Implementation of Gen AI Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art Generative AI solutions, leveraging deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Drive innovation in Gen AI, staying abreast of the latest advancements and incorporating cutting-edge technologies into solutions. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Over 8 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with a focus on architecting end-to-end solutions. Proven expertise in conducting ML maturity assessments and developing ML Ops roadmaps. Hands-on experience in operationalizing the Machine learning system on a cloud and / or an On-Prem platform. Experience in implementing Generative AI solutions, including incubation, design, and deployment will be a big plus.
