ML / Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer or AI Model Developer with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in constructing, training, and implementing customized AI models. The perfect candidate will possess hands-on expertise in developing and refining machine learning models rather than merely incorporating pre-existing models through APIs. You should exhibit natural abilities such as being smart, self-motivated, responsible, and an out-of-the-box thinker. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, a powerful analyzer, and possess excellent written communication skills. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in creating custom machine learning models, not just utilizing APIs or pre-built models. - Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar. - Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and others. - Experience in training and fine-tuning machine learning models using authentic datasets. - Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and feature engineering. - Hands-on experience in data preprocessing, model optimization, and hyperparameter tuning. - Experience with cloud-based machine learning tools (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is advantageous.
