Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is neat, organized, and inviting. Answer client queries regarding services, pricing, and ongoing offers. Coordinate with stylists and beauticians for smooth client flow. Handle billing, payments, and receipts accurately. Keep client records updated in the salon management system. Promote salon services, packages, and special offers. Assist in managing social media inquiries and online appointment requests. Support the salon team with daily administrative tasks.
