As a member of the Bounteous x Accolite team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Your role will involve leveraging various SFMC modules like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio to create targeted marketing initiatives. It will be crucial to ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, email scheduling, and A/B testing. You will play a key role in managing and maintaining customer data to ensure proper segmentation for targeted campaigns. Utilizing SQL, AMPscript, and Data Extensions within SFMC will be essential for enhancing personalization and automation. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing customer journeys and lifecycle marketing campaigns using Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing dynamic content and personalization strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates. Additionally, you will work towards improving marketing efficiency through trigger-based automation and AI-driven recommendations. As the SFMC subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and training to internal teams, ensuring they stay updated on SFMC best practices, new features, and industry trends. Collaborating with Campaign Architects, you will support platform configuration, development, optimization tasks, and enforce best practices. Your responsibilities will also include providing campaign QA, testing, and deployment support to other developers, campaign specialists, and QA resources. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience.
