Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Mizani Artisanal Kitchen, located in Jalandhar. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages. Daily tasks include operating coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization, taking customer orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Barista will also have a role in food preparation and maintaining inventory levels. Qualifications Proficiency in Barista skills and Food Preparation Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities Effective Communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality service Previous experience in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
