Were looking for a mixed-methods research intern to understand user behaviors and Generate Insights that shape product decisions and roadmaps. Youll lead a high-impact project, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods to bring structure and clarity to key business decisions and the product roadmap. Roles & Responsibilities ? Lead end-to-end research initiatives: Own the full research lifecycle from identifying research questions aligned with business goals to delivering strategic, impactful recommendations. ? Plan and execute mixed-method studies: Choose the right methods (and mix of methods) for each research question, using triangulation to generate compelling Insights. ? Conduct qualitative & quantitative research: Run interviews, diary studies, surveys, literature reviews, max-diff, log analysis, and more across the product lifecycle with minimal supervision. ? Translate research into product direction: Turn complex findings into clear, actionable Insights that inform product development and broader business strategy. ? Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product, design, growth, and business teams to ensure insights are aligned with execution. ? Present insights effectively: Share findings in the right formats for different stakeholders -presentations, memos, dashboards, or working sessions. Note: This is a Paid Internship.
