MIVAN SHUTTERIN FOREMAN

Job Description:

Mountstar India Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced Mivan Shuttering Foremen for our high-rise RCC residential and commercial projects in Pune. Candidates must have hands-on Mivan shuttering execution and supervisory experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Mivan Shuttering Foreman.
• Should understand shuttering layouts, drawings, and sequence of works.
• Leadership skills to handle teams of 15–20 workers.
• Knowledge of safe work procedures and material handling.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Gulf or high-rise experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily shuttering activities using Mivan formwork.
• Coordinate with site engineers for drawing understanding and work planning.
• Ensure accurate alignment, fixing, and dismantling of Mivan panels.
• Manage Mivan carpenters/labour and ensure productivity on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and timely completion of formwork activities.
