Job Title: Vice President - MEP Location: Hyderabad (Corporate Office + Project Sites) Company: Lakshmi Infratech India Pvt. Ltd. Experience Required: 20+ Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: Lakshmi Infratech India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a visionary and highly experienced Vice President MEP to lead and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (MEP) functions across its prestigious residential and commercial high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale high-rise projects with a focus on safety, sustainability, quality, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for all MEP-related activities across multiple high-rise residential and commercial projects. Drive project planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and quality control for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, BMS, and ELV systems. Collaborate closely with Design, PMC, Execution, Procurement, and QA/QC teams to ensure integrated project delivery. Review and validate MEP designs, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals from consultants and contractors. Ensure compliance with local regulations, NBC norms, IS codes, and applicable international MEP standards. Monitor and optimize performance of MEP contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to timelines, cost targets, and quality benchmarks. Supervise and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, managers, and on-site execution staff. Spearhead innovation in sustainability, energy efficiency, automation, and digital coordination tools (like BIM, Revit, Navisworks). Lead technical audits, troubleshooting, and risk mitigation plans during design and execution stages. Provide executive-level reporting to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and performance metrics. Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in MEP execution and management, with a strong portfolio of residential high-rise projects (including Mivan technology-based construction). Industry Exposure: Must have handled MEP across the full lifecycle of multiple luxury high-rise residential towers (40+ floors). Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive coordination between stakeholders, and resolve complex technical challenges. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing systems, fire safety, STP/WTP, BMS, and ELV systems. Tools: Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM coordination tools (Navisworks/Revit MEP), and Microsoft Office Suite. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) PMP Certification, MEP Design/Coordination Training, or equivalent technical certifications will be a strong advantage
