The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, answering inquiries, and providing product information. The role includes maintaining store appearance, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include processing transactions, handling returns, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with the retail team to create a positive shopping experience. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to manage inventory and store appearance Experience in processing transactions and handling returns Strong communication and teamwork abilities Sales experience and achieving sales targets High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred Previous retail experience is a plus Proficiency with sales software and point-of-sale systems
