What You’ll Do Video Editing: Reels, product videos, storytelling content Conceptualizing: Storyboarding, shot planning, scripting (when needed) Graphic Design: Social creatives, thumbnails, overlays Camera Operations: Willing to learn and manage camera, mic, light, background setups Voiceover Integration: Using AI voice tools (like ElevenLabs, Play.ht) to generate clean voiceovers AI Tools: Using tools for roto work, cleanup, upscaling, background removal, cloning, or animation Trend Catching: Research new formats, tools, and creative directions every week What We’re Looking For Premiere Pro + After Effects (must) Photoshop, Illustrator (mid-level) Hands-on experience or willingness to learn AI tools for video + voice Basic knowledge of video lighting, frame composition, and camera angles Ability to juggle multiple creative projects without babysitting Bonus If You Have CapCut, RunwayML, Descript, Topaz, Pika, HeyGen, or similar Greenscreen handling, face tracking, or VFX basics Audio editing and noise cleanup (even via AI) Motion graphics/animation experience Previous work in D2C, toys, or edutainment Portfolio with IG reels, brand ads, or YouTube content This Role Is NOT For Just a montage editor Someone afraid of tech or gear People who wait to be told what to do every time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Video Editing: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Video Production: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
