About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive lead generation and conversion through IndiaMART and Instagram platforms. 2. Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service through effective communication and client interaction. 3. Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow up with potential clients, and maintain accurate records of all interactions. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media campaigns and promotions on IndiaMART and Instagram. 5. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. 6. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company by consistently converting leads into loyal customers. 7. Represent MITTAL PACSOL at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to generate new leads and build brand awareness. During the internship, you will gain hands-on experience in sales & marketing, lead handling, CRM management, client communication, and business development. This role will give you real industry exposure and an opportunity to build practical skills in B2B sales and operations.
