Role Overview: As a Field Officer in the security team, your main responsibility is to oversee day-to-day operations at existing sites, ensuring smooth deployment, maintaining staffing levels, and supporting new site mobilizations. This field-based position requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: - Take daily updates from Security Supervisors across all sites. - Ensure all guards are present during shift changes (morning and night) for twice-daily checks. - Monitor manpower availability and arrange relievers immediately in case of absenteeism. - Conduct regular site visits and inspections. - Gather feedback from clients or site representatives to ensure service satisfaction. - Conduct regular training sessions for security staff. - Maintain staff grooming standards and professional appearance. - Ensure uniforms are distributed and replaced as needed. - Submit accurate attendance records to Head Office at month-end for billing purposes. - Manage deployment at new and upcoming sites. - Recruit, screen, and appoint qualified guards and supervisors.
