As an MIS Executive at our organization located in Topsia, Kolkata, your primary responsibilities will revolve around data management, report generation, system maintenance, data security, support & training, and collaboration with various departments. Your role will involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from different sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy. You will be responsible for creating regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights to management. Moreover, as an MIS Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our organization's information systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing data security protocols to safeguard sensitive information. A key aspect of your job will also involve providing support and training to staff on utilizing MIS tools and systems effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments to understand their data requirements and provide them with the necessary information. To excel in this role, you should exhibit proficiency in Excel, databases, and other MIS-related software. Strong analytical skills will be essential for analyzing data, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions. Effective communication skills, especially good drafting skills in English and mandatory Bengali spoken proficiency, will be required. Your problem-solving abilities will be put to the test in identifying and resolving technical issues related to MIS. Furthermore, your organizational skills will be crucial in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires on-site work from Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM to 7 PM. Please note that this is not a work-from-home opportunity. The job type is suitable for freshers who are proficient in Excel and hold relevant certifications. In terms of benefits, the position offers Provident Fund.
