Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership Lead, plan, coordinate, and control projects from inception to completion. Establish and implement comprehensive Project Management Plans . Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders. Conduct and chair project meetings; ensure timely action on key deliverables. Financial Management Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency. Raise and track purchase orders as required. Project Monitoring & Reporting Provide regular updates on project progress, costs, and risks. Monitor construction schedules and implement mitigation strategies for delays. Risk & Issue Management Identify potential risks proactively and develop mitigation plans. Assess and resolve on-site coordination issues effectively. Health & Safety Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety regulations before and during construction. Project Handover & Close-Out Manage the final stages of project handover, documentation, and closure activities. Requirements Proven experience managing real estate development or interior fit-out projects . Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and financial control . Ability to identify and manage risks with strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and compliance standards. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
