Understand client requirements and present suitable Urban Vault workspace solutions. Conduct site visits and walkthroughs for prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (experience in coworking/real estate is a plus). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, go-getter attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
