Job Description Steward (F&B Service Department) Position: Steward Department: Food & Beverage Service Reports To: F&B Captain / Restaurant Manager Location: The Mudra Hotel Job Summary: The Steward is responsible for providing excellent guest service by assisting in food and beverage operations. He/She ensures that guests have a pleasant dining experience by maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and prompt service as per hotel standards. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests politely and assist them in seating. Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately and courteously. Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and service sequence. Ensure water refilling, table clearance, and resetting after every service. Assist captain and senior staff in smooth restaurant operation. Interview Details: Walk-in Interviews: 1st November to 15th November 2025 Venue: Hotel Mudra (HR Department) Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Immediate Joining for Selected Candidates Qualification & Experience: Minimum 10th / 12th pass or Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management . 02 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant (freshers may also apply).
