Ø Program CNC machines using G-code or CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software. Ø Set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures, and materials. Ø Operate CNC machinery to produce parts with high accuracy and quality. Ø Monitor machine operations, adjust as necessary, and troubleshoot issues. Ø Conduct inspections of finished parts using measurement tools such as callipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure conformity to specifications. Ø Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment to ensure efficient operation. Ø Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
