We are hiring for Digital Marketing Interns who have completed 6 month of training in Digital Marketing profile. The role also involves strong communication skills, having knowledge of social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, marketing strategies and campaigns for the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. Conduct daily performance checks: monitor budgets, bid strategies, negative keywords, and ad placements. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics including CTR, ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversion rates, etc. Collaborate with designers and content writers for ad creative briefing and landing page alignment. Handle monthly and ad-hoc reporting using tools like Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics. Set up and manage tracking tags via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Meta Pixel for accurate conversion tracking. Lead or assist in client meetings, providing strategic input and performance updates. Identify trends and insights to develop innovative and data-driven marketing strategies. Conduct competitor research and keyword analysis to refine targeting and messaging. Providing regular reports that outline campaign performance metrics, progress toward goals, and insights gained from data analysis. Crafting tailored strategies for each platform and campaign based on the unique characteristics of the target audience, business goals, and available resources. Utilizing data analysis to inform campaign adjustments, optimize performance, and ensure that decisions are grounded in empirical evidence. Maintaining consistent and clear communication with team members, clients, or stakeholders regarding campaign updates, changes, and performance. Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices. Required skills & Experience 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing international Google & Meta ad accounts. Proven ability to manage ad budgets of $5,000+ per month (or equivalent across multiple clients). Experience working with global clients (USA, UK, EU, etc.) from diverse industries (e.g., eCommerce, SaaS, real estate, education, etc.) Solid knowledge of PPC best practices and performance optimization techniques. Proficient with Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio. Familiarity with third-party tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other keyword research platforms is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from performance data. Comfortable writing and reviewing ad copies and suggesting improvements. Excellent communication skills; ability to manage client interactions, emails, and reports independently. Ability to multitask and prioritize campaigns effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to be flexible with working hours to meet urgent campaign needs across different time zones.
