Job Overview

We are looking for a junior MIS & Production Support Executive to support our production, operations, HR, and marketing teams. This is a hands-on, learning-oriented role where the candidate will initially handle MIS and reporting work manually and gradually assist in improving and automating processes.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a semi-urban (mofussil) environment, and eager to learn real-world operations in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain MIS reports and dashboards related to production, projects, and delivery status.

Track employee production data, performance reports, and team leads’ task allocations.

Assist operations teams with daily reporting and coordination.

Support HR activities including recruitment tracking, onboarding records, attendance, and employee documentation.

Assist in employee monitoring and disciplinary documentation (as guided by management/HR).

Support basic marketing-related data and coordination tasks.

Handle ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks as required.

Analyze data patterns and gradually assist in automating MIS activities using cost-effective tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of all reports.

Requirements (Best-Fit Candidate)

0–1 year of experience in MIS, operations, HR, production support, or a related role.

Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

Familiarity with MS Office tools.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, with good communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Willingness to learn production workflows and work hands-on.

Comfortable working in a small-company, semi-urban environment.
