You will be joining LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company, as an Associate Director (Financial Reporting) in Mumbai. With 11-15 years of experience and a CA qualification, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that LTIM follows all required compliances for the entities managed. Your responsibilities will include developing process notes to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulations. You will be responsible for closing books within the given timeframe, verifying the accuracy of financial and operational information entered into the system, and testing new system features for accuracy of MIS procedures. Additionally, you will design and maintain reports for management, provide input to drive efficiency in established processes and procedures, and generate and analyze reports for a MIS system to enhance decision-making processes. Your role will also involve operating various data applications, collecting information, analyzing data, and generating reports. Building connections with internal teams to provide relevant inputs impacting the Company's P&L and developing good working relations with external teams like auditors and consultants will be essential for success in this position.,
